I have a 403 2.1.15 and is operational no problems. Trying to set up a softphone on laptop. I have previously done this before with the same laptop and config setup at different site. I am using an Avaya SG200 at my main site for the router and client software on laptop. The tunnel comes up fine and is connected, I have the 403 directly into the router and the VMPro directly into the 403and that's all at the main site. I have my laptop directly into my cable connection which is not an issue as I can connect to other sites from here. Main site is on Bell. I can pingthe VMPro server but not the 403 at all. I have disabled all firewalls, auto protects and anti-virus protection on both sides. No luck as yet. Anything I am missing on the 403 or the client software? Any help is appreciated thanks.

Did you setup an IP route to the router? Leave the IP address and Subnet Mask fields blank, enter the router's LAN side address in the gateway field, and select LAN1 as the destination. This is equivalent to setting a default gateway on a PC, and will tell the IPO how to reply back to your IP address which is going to be outside it's local LAN.
