Can't see 2nd Processor Unixware 7.14 on HP DL380

Can anyone suggest how I can access the 2nd processor on UW 7.1.4. The hardware sees 2 processors at boot time, I have just applied a ungrade licence from 7.1.1 to 7.1.4 Departmental Edition on new hardware
psrinfo only shows 1 processor and if i try psrmgr 1 it says processor does not exist

Problem now solved osmp package not installed by default in Unxiware 7.1.4. even though Department Licence allows for upto 4 processors.
