We haven't had an occasion to do this since we upgraded from 11.5 to 12.5, but I just tried to search the catalog and it comes up empty (it takes a long time to search, but ultimately returns no files found. I know the catalogs are there because I can drill down to any file that way and restore it, but can't search it either with the full name or with wildcards. I checked the registry entry for the catalog location as suggested by the help site, but it is correct. I also re-inventoried and re-catalogged the media. It used to work...
