Cant Schedule my Scripts!!!

Ok here is my question. I am using a script to capture a file at a certain time of the day for an hour.And using the default file name given by Procomm Plus 4.8(it increments the files name everday! -- thats what my telephone guy tell me , I am not to sure!?)

My problem is that my boss doesnt want me to run the script continuously all day, he wants the script to start right before the file capturing starts (So if i set the capture to start at 16:30 he wants the script to start at only 16:25).

How do I schedule the script to start and stop it at a paticular time?

I tried Windows Scheduler and it doesnt work..myabe i am doing something wrong. Please help.?
