Can't run WBEMPERM - Access Denied

I have a WBEM Security issue on my SMS Server (v2.0 SP3, Windows 2K SP3).

I want to check my WBEM Permissions using the WBEMPERM.EXE tool. However, when I run it I get an Access Denied message. I am logged on as the local administrator, and have full NTFS permissions to the entire c:\winnt\system32\wbem directory. Also have permissions WBEM registry key.

Anyone know how I can run this utility?

Try this instead:

right click My Computer
select Manage
expand Services
right click WMI Control
select Properties
Select Security tab
