Hi All,
The company I work for has been using windows 2000 with Access 2000.
My office manager just got a new computer with windows XP and Access 2003.
When the default printer is set to the network printer, reports will not work. I can't even preview a report or open reports in design view.
But if I set the default printer to the "Microsoft Office Document Image Writer" all the access applications work fine, and there is no problem with reports.
This one I don't understand.
Any ideas?
Don

have you installed the printer drivers needed to print to the network printer from your computer?

--------------------
Procrastinate Now!

With the report set to "Microsoft Office Document Image Writer", when you preview the report go to File / Page Setup / (Page Tab) and check if a specific printer is being used. If so set to Default Printer.

Page setup is set to Default Printer.
I need to ask IT if they installed any printer drivers.
It's starting to look like it's driver related.
Thanks All

Don
