Can't Run Login Script for XP Prof Stations

I use a server based individual login scripts on my NT 4 server to map drives and set printer captures for my networked dos apps. W98 stations invoke the script OK, however my XP prof stations do not. How do I set the XP prof stations to invoke the user scripts? Any help would be appreciated!
