Can't run asp.net application

When I press F5, it tells me it can't debug the application. I have the settings set for debug=true, etc, everything that the Help tells me to do.

Anyone else have/had this problem?

Thanks but that didn't help. I have everything installed, but it still will not work. This is frustrating.
