Can't restore file

Please help!
This is what I got when try to restore a file...

You doesn't have permissions to write that particular location (\D:\Home\jimkan\databasesTable_location.doc) where you want to restore the file.

If you are using quota software verify that the service account that you are using for restoring is included in the Heavy users list.
 
Thanks for the advice,
I've solved this problem. The problems was the windows2k administrator profile somehow corrupted, I deleted the profile and recreat a new one then things started to work again.
