Can't resize tab

OK - This is a very silly question, but I can't figure it out. I have a form with 5 tabs across the top. I am trying to reduce the width and height of the tab to better fit the interface. When I click on the tab's border and try and reduce the size, it allows me to reduce the size, but immediately bounces back to its original position.

Any ideas?

Thats because you have objects on one of the tabs that are positioned so that the tabs must be the size they are.

First you need to find and move ( remove ) then controls.
