I am using Microsoft Word for Mac version 16.12 (2018). I now find that, after inserting a picture into a word file that, after clicking on the picture, the Picture Format option appears, but after trying to resize it by changing one of the dimensions, the picture reverts to its original size and shades itself blue. Also, the Picture Format option now does not appear after clicking on the picture. However, it is possible to drag one of the corners of the picture to resize it, but I am still missing some of the functionality of the Picture Format facility. I also find, amazingly, that when copying a picture from a previously edited word file which I had no trouble with, the Picture Format facility works perfectly!
