Can't reset BCM Call Pilot

I had this question in a different forum.
I am trying to reset the call pilot in a BCM 3.6 back to default. I first tried to reset it from a 2004 using the reset steps going through F982 and pressing 1 after entering the operator password. It wouldn't respond to the digit 1 and give me any more options.
I then tried the same thing using a 7316 with the same results, no response when I entered the digit 1.
Any ideas?

Do you have Call Center on that system? If so, press the softkey under OPER after entering the operator password. Then press 1 and finish the process.
