Can't reprogram 2 feature buttons? 1

I have a staff member who's phone is giving me grief. Her DND button doesnt work (its programmed as a call button for an extension that doesnt exist, can't figure that part out either). Naturally she receives a Not In Service message when she presses it.

This would be easy to fix if the setting for B01 under Button Programming could be changed. For some reason buttons B01 and B02 dont have the change option available in the programming. No other phones are like this. What could be causing it?

I showed her how to use F85, so its more of a personal thing now. Any help's appreciated!

What is currently programmed on B1 and 2?

there is another post exactly with the same problem

if lines/ hunt groups are programmed, that needs to be changed in the config programming
before the user can program features
