I am totally stumped on this one. I'm using Outlook 2003 SP2 in an exchange envirmonment. When I receive a message from one particular user (john.doe@abc.com) who is also has a mailbox on the same Exchange server, I am unable to either reply to john.doc@abc.com or forward the message to another recipient (internal or external.
In both cases, the message just stays in the Outbox. I've tried to access the Outbox and Send/Receive, but to no avail. The message will stay there forever, until I manaully delete it.
I am able to originate a new message to john.doe@abc.com -- no problem. This is driving us NUTS! Any ideas out there in smart-people land?
