Hi All,

Currently I have ONE user in my organisation that can not send mail that is a reply. However if he creates a new message with the same email address the messeage is sent.

The email recieved in this inbox (from system administrator)reads as follows:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients

Subject: Voted Best Commercial In Europe
Sent: Thursday, February 15, 2007 8:36 AM

554 One or more recipients failed

Other Facts:
1. the default account is an IMAP account on an Mdeamon mail server.
2. If I login as the user in the webclient I have no problems.
3. Outlook 2003 SP2. All the latest windows updates have been applied.
4. I have repaired the offie 2003 application with the option on the installation CD.

Does anyone have anymore troubleshooting ideas or suggestions on what the problem could be ?
Thanks in advance ;-)

I also noticed that replying to users in the same domain is not a problem. Its replying to external users that is the problem.

Does the user have any Outlook Rules setup or 3rd party software that would effect message replies?

Can you test the account w/ Outlook Express and if not successful then from another machine? I know you tested via the web client, but this should eliminate some possible causes.
