Hello,

NAV is unable to delete or quaratine 2 viruses.

It was recommended in another thread that I go into safemode and find it there.

How do you go to safe mode in Windows XP Pro?

Thanks in advance

at start up (reboot) it says something to the order of
"hit F2 for system settings"

hit F2 and there will be a option to start in "safe mode"

Thanks I'll try it when I get home but when I reboot, it automatically takes me into the log in screen that displays the user accounts?? Is that where I should do the F2?

no, that's to late. The message should appear while booting prior to the user account logon's
