can't remove shared services

I tried to create a shared service but the creation is not successful because of wrong user account.

I can’t remove that service from the list


I have a line:

“ SSP_CSM (Default)
(Provisioning failed: User cannot be found.) “

I didn’t find a way to delete that services or fix it
