Can't remove "keenvalue" adware from registry

while folowing these directions from symantec, I don't find the specified files, but it keeps showing up on a virus scan. Any ideas?

Click Start, and then click Run. (The Run dialog box appears.)
Type regedit

Then click OK. (The Registry Editor opens.)


Navigate to the key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run


In the right pane, delete the value:

"KeenValue"="C:\Program Files\Common Files\KeenValue\KeenValue.exe"


Navigate to the key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software


In the left pane, remove the subkeys:

KeenValue
eUniverse

Thanks for the info. unfortunately the customer needed the computer back to run payroll so I will have to try it again when it comes back.
