Cant Relocate m7310 phone

I'm trying to move a m7310 phone from one office to the next but when i move the physical phone to the next office it doesn't work. Normally we use set relocation and move the phone and it transfers with no problem. Today when we try it will not relocate when we plug in the new phone 5929 it now says ext 5918 (i cant even locate the actual 5918 set)regardless to where we try it.

please help all i need to do is get 5929 working again in the new office...and hopefully delete 5918 so this doesn't happen again. Not sure if this matters but we do all of the programming via the phones because our system is not tied to any computer system and im an extreme novice.
