Hello:
We have a problem registering SIP J159 terminal.
Without using TLS with TCP, this was working without a problem. When a terminal is restarted, it registers wit no problems. Suddenly, we find that, when we restart a J159 terminal, we have an error in the registry.
Now we have verified the configuration of the 46xxsettings.txt and it is correct, domain, sip proxy in tcp, etc.
In the trace when we register the terminal we see that the REGISTER is sent and returns a 503 Service Not Available with the error code 8997698mS Sip: SIP REG: extn 270 address restricted.
We are putting the correct password and the correct extension in the registration of the phone but we have this at all times and we see that it ends up in a blacklist for registration attempts and the ip of the phone the same.
We remove this from the blacklist and still have the same problem.
Is someone experiencing the same with this type of terminal J159 in SIP with IPO R11?
Any ideas that anybody can give us?
Thanks a lot
