Cant refresh/grab copys of my files

In interdev, I am opening a project of a web app on another server (Which I have no physical access to) all I get is the IP, then a folder below with "_Private" and a blue flag next to it, and when I try to refresh, or try to get anything I get this error (ip address masked out for security reasons)

any clue, before I start calling the state about this?

This really sounds like an IP (maybe WINS?) problem. You can check this real quick by popping out to a DOS prompt and type ping xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx. If you get &quot;request timed out&quot; and you know for sure that the server is up and other people can connect to it (i.e. people on the same network segment as server) then it is a network issue.
