I have 2 terminals in redundant mode and they will not recover. I think the problem has to do with users and permissions because when I try to browse the network from a terminal to Alohaboh a password screen pops up. I am running out of days in redunancy. Isn't there a way to get another 21 days somehow if I place the software key on the master terminal. Not sure how to do this...

You must have permissions to the server, check the login on the server.

Networking permissions-

What is the server logged in as - ie:
Administrator or user or named user, etc,
The terminals must be logged in with the same permissions or the permissions for ctlsvr.exe and if using edc the edcsvr.exe must have the same permissions.

It sound like someone changed the user password on the server. Do you know what username/password the system was orignally setup with?

Call your dealer.
