Cant record menu greeting via admin MBX of line group in Nupoint

I have a call flow set up in call manager of nupoint and i have assigned it to a line group instead of a mailbox, all of the documentation states to record you menus from the admin mailbox of the line group but when inside the admin box there is no promt to do this? Other than importing I cant get in to my call flow menus to record any greetings? any help would be appreciated

You need to enable the Call Director on the Admin MAilbox

Once you login, press * to access the call director functions.
