Can't record DISA message *36 on NCP500

When I try to enter *36 to record the DISA message, I get the "Reorder tone". I think it may be that the extension I am on is not defined as a 'Manager Telephone'? The phone is a is PT (KX-D333 from memory, so it has the functionality). Do I simply need to define that extension as a manager phone, if so is this simply in the COS (class of service) options in the console software, or are there other options to set elsewhere? Don't bother to reply if the only advice you can offer is the same as my mum's .... "read the manual".

You have to enable manager in cos it is done by cos so if everyone is in cos one and you enable manager everyone can access *36xxxx
