Can't recieve office attachments in outlook 2000 professional

when we go to open the attachment that is supposedly sent it does not show up. this is happening with all users. We have had the sender resend and sent some ourselves and it's still not showing up

It was a NAV for Exchange 5.5 problem...I just uninstalled then reinstalled.
