Yesterday I started getting complaints from people that they weren't receiving email from people who had aol email addresses, one of them is the president of our company who uses his aol account while out of the office - we weren't receiving any of his email. He could get ours and he didn't receive any message that his email to us was undeliverable. We're running exchange 2000 and windows 2000 and have one spam blacklist filter applied. I called aol and applied for their whitelist which they told me to do. We never do receive the emails - they're just dropped somewhere with no notification to the sender. We have a lot of customers as well as internal users that depend on aol as their communication with our office - because there is no ndr, I am lost as to why it's only aol email and I have run out of ideas - thank you in advance for any help or ideas - thanks!
