Here is our situation with the Groupwise users from the previous post:
The reason this is being investigated is a problem was reported that various important customers could not get certain attachments to the groupwise users.
I found that I (using Outlook outside the Groupwise domain) could get e-mail to the Groupwise accounts. I had no trouble getting mail with or without MS Word attachments through. I have not tried any other Office applications as attachments.
I had no trouble getting an Adobe attachment to the Groupwise users from a Yahoo mail account (not using Outlookout) side the Groupwise domain.
The problem seems to be with Adobe attachments using Outlook as the mail application for the sender, trying to get through to the Groupwise users.
I had no trouble sending Adobe attachments from the Groupwise users to the Outlook client outside the Groupwise domain.
When I try to send or reply to one of the Groupwise users with Outlook having an Adobe attachment, the mail is returned as undeliverable with no indication why it failed delivery.
I have read the Rich text format could be the problem but I have tried every setting on the Outlook client and still get undeliverable.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
