Can't receive e-mail from outlook w/attachment

We have a situation where users (groupwise5.5) trying to receive e-mail from Outlook with attachments.

If there is no attachment the Groupwise users get the e-mail from the outlook sender.

If there is an attachment, the mail is bounced back to the Outlook sender as undeliverable.

It is not a firewall issue.

Sending e-mail from Yahoo mail with the same attachment gets to the groupwise user.

I don't know anything about groupwise, but have access to the sever via nwadmin.

any ideas anyone?

Hi,

From your statement "from Yahoo the user gets the mail" indicates that it is not a GroupWise issue. I would post the issue on the Windows forum.

Is he getting email without attachment or he is not getting any mail at all?
