Hi,

I have an OP11c rel 25.15.
If I for example have a dect with extension 8106 and I am trying to add a digital set with the same DN, I get Sch0369.
( Function conflicts with existing call arrangement )

If I am trying to make a new digital set with another DN and then make a change to DN 8106 same thing happends. Sch0369.

BUT!

If I change the DECT set to for example DN 4444 and change the digital set to what I want, as in this case 8106, I can change the DECT set back to 8106 again. No SCH code.

So, if I do that I have to sets with the same DN.
MARP is on and everything looks just fine.

What can it be????

I have never seen this before.

What??
I have loads of NTP's but the Sch code doesnt say anything of what I can do to solve the problem, as most of the time.

not sure what DECT means but why don't you do a DNB on 8106 and cut-and-paste it to tektips. It sounds like it may be programmed as an MCR key and you're trying to add it as an SCR or something. If we can see it we may be better able to help you.

this used to happen on older switches, u know the sl1's
If I remember correctly it had some thing to do with the loops involved needed to be in the same loop. hope this helps.

sorry the phones involved need to be in the same loop possibly, but this was the problem fix in 1988

In that case, check to see that MLDN is turned on in your configuration parameters (LD 17, PARM gateopener).
To print it out:
LD 22
REQ PRT
TYPE PARM
If MLDN is set to NO, go to LD 17 and change it to yes.

I am having a similar problem to the one posted in this thread, and I was hoping someone could help. The MLDN parameter is set to YES in LD 22. All appearances programmed already are SCRs. I need to add a few more sets with the DN of 9996 being on key 0, and am getting the same error (SCH0369) and I'm not sure why. Here is a printout of the dnb:

DN 9996
CPND
NAME SWITCH TECHS
XPLN 13
DISPLAY_FMT FIRST,LAST
TYPE SL1
TN 001 0 00 09 KEY 08 MARP DES SCH 4 FEB 2004 (2616)
TN 001 0 00 10 KEY 08 DES SCH 4 FEB 2004 (2616)
TN 005 0 00 00 KEY 02 DES SCH 1 FEB 2004
(2008)
TN 001 0 00 02 KEY 02 DES SCH 1 FEB 2004
(2008)
TN 001 0 00 11 KEY 02 DES SCH 1 FEB 2004 (2008)
TN 001 0 00 05 KEY 08 DES SCH 1 FEB 2004 (2616)
TN 001 0 00 07 KEY 00 H DES SW 4 FEB 2004 (2008)

I had that problem once I don't remember if it was the same code. But it would not let me add the dn to another tn because the other phone had a auto answer button.
