CAN'T PRINT

I have my desktop and notebook networked with a usb cable and a workgroup. I can share files fine. I shared the printer from my desktop and it is online and the default printer but it will not print from my notebook. I don't know why.

Did you map from the notebook to the printer share on the desktop?

Start, Printers and Faxes, Add printer, Network Printer, etc. let it browse to find the shared printer on the desktop.
