Can't print under certain profiles??

We have a rather unusual issue that none of us have been able to figure out yet. Maybe someone else knows about this? We are able to print to a particular network printer under certain profiles (this issue affects one pc only)- but not under others. All of the profiles in question have administrative rights, the printer has been uninstalled and reinstalled, the settings look good- but when we try to print, nothing happens. It's been two days now- and we're all at a loss. Does anyone have any ideas? This machine is running XP Pro. Thanks in advance,
