I have a user on Windows 95, Office 97 and IE 5.5 SP2. She cannot print any HTML pages in IE and if an email is sent to her in HTML format, she can't print that either. There are no error messages and nothing happens when you try and print. All other prints are fine. I have re-installed the printer and drivers but to no avail. It's a new one to me!

Help appreciated

Rich

Try fixing IE with the IE repair tool.
If no luck, then try IE 6.0

Try re-associating the file with an application (probably IE) and if that's OK, then do as in the post above from Ski. Error! Keyboard not attached. Press F1 to continue
