Can't print from Procomm

When highlighting text on the screen and trying to send it to the printer, getting "Cannot write to printer".
Default printer is selected and can print from any other
program on the PC. Also cannot start a print capture.
Version 2.1 on windows XP SP2

What happens if you choose the Edit | Screen To | Printer menu item? Are you using an Administrator-level account on the machine? I'm not sure how well version 2.1 would work on XP since it was designed for 16-bit Windows as opposed to 32-bit Windows and it's been quite a while since I've tried that scenario.

I gave up trying to do the "print" feature. I resorted to doing either a "file capture" (alt/F1) then printing out the capture file; or an "Edit/Scrollback buffer to/Clipboard" , do a paste to a text file then print the text file.
