I just built a Windows 2000 Professional system with Office 2000. The end user loaded her HP printer. She can print from every program except Outlook and IE. It goes thru the motions of printing but she gets nothing. Nothing is spooled. Had her re-intall the printer - no good. Had her install a generic printer - no print. Any ideas?
