When printing from a web site using AOL or internet explorer directly or email using AOL, only about half the page is printed. I can print perfectly from word or paperport. Netscape will not print at all. I think there is some corrupt file in windows somewhere but I don't know where to start to look. Has anybody run into this before. I also tried to print a picture from email using AOL in landscape and it split the picture up into about 5 slices each on a different page.

Same problem! Cannot print properly from IE or AOL. It prints an HTML or an email page on 5 or more pages (random parts of text on different pages - sometimes only 2 or 3 words on a page in the middle of the line). Same for email from AOL. The print preview from IE shows the pages the way it is printing.
I have: Win98SE, IE6.1, AOL8.0
It prints fine from any other application (Word, Wordpad, notepad etc.)

Things that I've tried:
-deleted AOL and reinstalled it.
-Did Windows update to latest IE (I had 5.5).
-Installed a second printer (HP LJ1100) in addition to the Epson inkjet printer and does the same
- reset IE settings to the defaults
- emptied out: temp folder, cash, cookies, history
-followed instructions from Q303360 on MSN Knowledge base
-Installed Opera and it prints fine from there

Anyone out there has any hint of what else I can try besides reinstalling OS?

This goes to both of you...

Does this happen on EVERY web page, or only certain ones? Many websites have printer friendly versions that you can print out. And AOL is notorious for web page printing problems. They use their own proprietary junk browser, even if it is based on IE technology.
