Whenever I try to print (even a test page) - it gives me the following error:

Test page failed to print. Would you like to view the Print trouble shooter for assistance? Operation could not be completed.

The OS is Windows 2000 with Terminal Services.

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Are you TSing in or are you on the server? Network printer or local?

Printer Type?

Error Logs?

If Network is it a Local TCP/IP port or from a Network Server?

I tried both - TSing (ICA session) as well as logging in at the console. It's a Network Printer (Laserjet 5Si) Tried with idfferent printers. Was working fine till late morning! Event Viewer doesn't indicate anything.

No. No changes have been made to the OS.

Can you determine if the Everyone group still has the Print permission granted?

Are you the only affected security principal?

Everyone Group has Print permission. This problem is faced by any user who logs in to this server and tries to print.

I assume you can print to the printer from other computers
