Hi, i have a report that goes into anomalous behaviors:

if i press the gotolastpage button in preview window, cuts the document keepeng only the three first pages of five.

also, i can't print only a page of the report from preview window, but printing the whole document from there doesn't give any problem.

Does anybody knows the possible cause of these behaviors?

Thanks for looking.

If you calculate the contents of controls in your report (calculate including code to fill text type controls), going to the last page directly from the first page could bypass those calculations. I usually calculate subtotals and totals (since the "running sum" property usually doesn't work reliably for me), and if in a preview I don't go through each page there are times that the totals/sub-totals are not calculated correctly.

When you want to print one page from a report preview, all you should have to do is click "File, Print" and enter the specific page(s) you want printed. That has worked for me and my users very well.

Thanks, i have finaly solved it by putting several controls in a subreport.
