I have a basic report with a subreport. The subreport is located in a group footer on the main report. Let's say the subreport is built from qryData. What I am seeing when I preview the main report is that the section where my subreport data displays is "qryData subreport". In the report header section of the subreport, I have the column names, which appear right below the "qryData subreport". I've verified that the Caption property in the subreport properties is empty but I still get the above subreport title. How do I stop this from showing up on the report?

Thanks for any suggestions.

Are you referring to the label that Access appends when you insert the subreport?? If so, you can simply delete that label from the main report.

If it's not, please provide some more info.....

Daaa... That was the deal. Because how the subreport was positioned on the report, I couldn't see the label. I'll give a star do to I've been looking at this for hours and for pointing me in the right direction.
