Greetings Folks: I have a mixture of multi-line merlin mlx-10ds, mlx-28ds, mlx-20l phones. I have five isdn phones, the same numbers on all phones. If a call is placed from one line to the next it rings and answers fine. Then I hangup the phone. Then place a call between the same two number again. Now there is ringing on the calling line but no ringing on the receiving line. Or sometimes the receiving line gives busy signal. This occurs between all five lines. Everything has been changed e.g, processor card, isdn interface card, phones reprogrammed, lines moved to another switch by verizon, currently being changed to national isdn, etc. Wonder what it could be? Keypad flex problem? Upgrade needed to better phones? It does not recognize on-hook condition when phones hanged-up. What?
