Can anyone help w/ international calling problems on G1 Definity? When I dial 011 then country code and remaining digits the provisioner receives all digits except the 011. However; if I dial 011 011 then rest of ANI; the calls all go through? FRL is set to 7.

Can't place international calls G1 Definity !

Your switch is stripping the 011. It may be tagging the call as international and pulling that off. You need to look at the ARS.
