Can't ping

Hello

Our users must connect to a VPN using netscreen25. The users are sucessfully connected. However, the cannot ping certain hosts.

For example, today i was only able to ping 192.168.10.2

All the other hosts, i could not ping. Yesterday, i could only ping 192.168.10.4. Sometimes i can ping nothing at all.

Can you give me some advice an how to solve this problem?l

Sounds like it is a routing issue. For you to be able to ping a host you need a route to the host and the host also needs a route to you.

Easiest way to check this is by doing a route print from the command prompt on both hosts to ensure there is a route in both directions. If there isn't then add the route in and my money says it will then work.
