Can't ping to serial int fr router, but OK fr local LAN

I have installed cisco 2600 series with 1 serial interface connected to Western Digital Wireless and 1 FastEthernet interface connected to LAN. I try to ping fr LAN to IP serial is OK, but from local router to Serial IP address is timeout. show interface serial command shows:

Serial0 is up, line protocol is up
Hardware is PQUICC
Internet address is xx.xx.xx.xx/30
MTU 1500 bytes, BW 512 Kbit, DLY 20000 usec,
reliability 255/255, txload 1/255, rxload 1/255
Encapsulation HDLC, loopback not set
..................
..................
..................
DCD=up DSR=down DTR=up RTS=up CTS=up

I try to change the keepalive option, still same result.
Any help would be great?
