can't ping service network on velociraptor 1100

I create a network simulation to test the velociraptor1310/1.5
I configured it to use a private IP address.

ex.
SRMC host : 192.168.192.243 /255.255.255.0
outside nic: 192.168.192.93 /255.255.255.0
auxillary 1(dmz) : 192.168.192.95 /255.255.255.0
host (web/dmz) : 192.168.192.97 /255.255.255.0

1.Why i can't ping(from host 192.168.192.97 and SRMC HOST) to auxillary 1 (192.168.192.95) i got a request time out? I already create rules for this.

2. If my webserver is in the dmz or service network do i need to create service redirect even if
the ip address is a public ip address?
