Can't ping router

Hi, I connected 2 routers through ethernet 0 & ethernet 1 ports bec'z I don't have any serial port, I set up the ip add for both of them & showing line is up & protocol is up still not able to ping, what might be wrong here, please have a look at the show run, Thank you in advance for taking a time to check this.

Hello
The routers are on different subnets.
192.168.10.1/24
192.168.1.20/24

Try this:

192.168.10.1/24
192.168.10.20/24
or
192.168.1.1/24
192.168.1.20/24
