Guys, excuse me if I am new to this. I will trying to describe my problem.

We set up a new LAN network with SBC DSL, and a Netopia Convay (??) router. The Clearsailing option is set in the router, and I have Norton Firewall on every machine.

I can Ping any computer in the LAN network, and can control them with VNC Viewer, but I cannot Ping them or use VNC Viewer from a remote computer. I have Sprint PCS on one, ATT Broadband on the other. I can Ping my router from either machine, no problem. I can Ping other sites. But I cannot reach the computers in the LAN.

Give this information, any ideas.

Unable to access the resources on the network
1) Check the DNS and WINS setting. 2) Verify that either the protocol is enabled for routing or the Entire network option is selected for LAN protocols being used by the VPN clients.

Eh? Like I said, I am new to this, but as far as I can tell I have done this. Still cannot Ping from remote computer, easy from stations within LAN.
