We are using Visual Sourcesafe to migrate code through development, test and production using a sharing and pinning method. For some reason we cannot pin some of the vbproj files. These seem to be the only file types that cannot be pinned.
Some of the vbproj files can be pinned, and some cannot - I have not determined any difference in the files or any other reason for this.
Does anyone know of a reason that would prevent a file from being pinned? Again, it only seems to happen to the files with a vbproj extension.
