Can't phone embedded administrator mailbox 1

Hi, need some ideas please.

When I try and enter the administrator mailbox which is 9999 I get told the following by the system:
"i'm sorry but the system is not configured to support this feature at this time"
The rest of the systems voicemail works fine...

Ok, assuming you are running MCD 5 then then access to the admin mailbox is restricted via the web management. VM options form->security->Enable Tui edit of mailboxes->set to true.
