Can't page on SX200 5.0.2.12

I am programming an SX200 AX with several 5340 phones that will be in one single basic page group. I have been attempting to setup all page and group page to no avail, I can assign the page feature to the phones but no matter if I use the key or just press *12, I keep receiving INVALID on the screen. I have verified the COS features that the folio shows and all the phones are in the same defaulted page zone (01). I am only able to get direct page to work, but that is about it...any ideas?

if you have can be paged in the cos of all the sets then to all set page you would key in the paging access code followed by * to group page paging access code followed by #

I can page the sets, but PA Paging is inactive (sets and external) I contacted Mitel TS and got nowhere fast, as he was attempting to tell me how to pin out an MX unit even though I have an AX (told him that from the beginning)

After more reading I discovered I need a Mitel IP Paging Unit to interface with the 3rd party paging Amp. to make the PA Paging work which resides on Bay 1.

I've re-read your entire post and I can only see one small detail that would have given us any clue you were asking about loudspeaker paging.

all I can say is Garbage in Garbage out.

Well, I guess I can also at least confirm your solution. Yes you need a 5485 Paging unit.

Pair 9 I believe is the input to the amp. Yes, only 1 pair of 25 pair amphenol

It programs up as a 5020 set and should accept POE

You program the Page zone in Form 9

Direct page the set extension for loudspeaker page or Group page all sets.

This only applies to loudspeaker paging but it takes some thought to get there.

Thanks again...also, thanks for the info Pandabear, I am a newbie to this platform (if you couldn't tell...self paced training and I had an idiot for a teacher (myself)...), and my company has suddenly sold two of these back-to-back. I am actually enjoying this challenge. To me the ARS and digital trunking was the easiest part, but the park and page has been kicking my butt.
