Can't Open XML file

Hello there

I am just having this very annoying problem, where when I try to open my telephone.xml file, my i.e. browser enters in a kind of a loop, so I get the pop up question

some files can harm your computer.If the file.....etc...

Would you like to open the file or save it to your computer?

I then click on Open and the same question pop ups again, and again, and again.

I have tried to reinstall i.e. 6, sp1, but to not avail

Does anyone know what could be happening here?

. Start by making sure you have current XML parsers. Even if your list is complete, you might have to use regsvr32 to re-register them all:
