When someone has a document open and you try to open it from Citrix you get a message saying : "World cannot open the document try one or more of the following: * On the File menu, Click Open to open the document * Make sure the document has a .DOC extension" . If I go to Open, Commands and Settings, I can open the documnet as a copy but not as Read-Only. Why?? We are using Office 97, Meta Frame XP and Windows 2000.
